Good Muda is a sweet little farm between Comporta and Melides with an easy, earthy feel for those that want to eat fresh from the garden and stay a bit outside the buzz of Comporta. The sprawling property, an hour and thirty minutes from Lisbon, is an idyllic compound with a Portugese style country home, a cottage, teepees and yurt, all of which can be booked separately or as a full takeover. The owner Miguel lives on site and is a dialed hippie with the inside scoop on local goings on. Rows of smiling sunflowers taller than your head line the pathway to a traditional Finnish sauna that feels delightful after a plunge in the cool himalayan salt water dip pool. For breakfast there is a smattering of whatever is in season complete with farm harvested pesto and jams. Try a teepee or yurt with private outdoor bathrooms and cozy beds inside placed perfectly for stargazing as you drift off to sleep.
